Please read these terms and conditions (“terms”, “terms and conditions”) carefully before confirming with the Custom Build Program (the “custom build”, “custom build program”) operated by Ferangeli Guitar Handcrafter (“us”, “we”, “our”) for the owner (“you”, “the owner”).
Specifications Document
The Specifications Document is compiled from the Custom Build Inquiry form of which all the detailed specs of the instrument will be presented. If such detail is not presented in the form, the owner can always contact us to give in-depth specifications.
Once the specifications document is quoted with a price, signed, and paid with a down-payment, this will be enqueued in our builds.
Fill-up this form to send us a custom build inquiry: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfIhlW_7lRQhzoDFxPslmXiOrIpAzGXMo1AzKQ9qHRnPH-oaQ/viewform
Changes in Specs
The specifications document will be the basis of the entire specifications of the instrument to be built. Any changes in specs will or will not be possible depending on the current stage of production the instrument is currently in. The owner can always contact us if you have some changes or ask if such changes are still possible.
Payment
A 50% down-payment of the agreed price, plus the cost of additional purchases for the instrument is needed to include your instrument in the queue. The remaining balance is needed once the instrument is done, and ready for shipment.
Additional purchases are the materials, accessories, or services that we do not have or do not offer. This could be as a specific model of machine heads or strings; wood to use for the top, back, and sides; or services like laser engraving or pyrography.
The shipping fee may or may not be collected before shipment, depending on the type of shipping method. Local forwarders like LBC offer Cash on Pick-up (COP) or Cash on Delivery (COD) for the shipping fees.

Progress Photos
Build progress photos will be provided to the owner throughout the build process. The owner may also request for high-definition photos of your guitar once we’ve done the final shots.

We accept owner-supplied materials e.g. wood to be used for the top, back, and sides; purflings; machine heads; strings; and etc. But, we are not liable for any issues concerning these materials as owner-supplied materials are not included in our warranty.
