All online credit card transactions are processed through PayPal for a more secure way of payment without us knowing your credit card information.
Transaction Fees
An additional transaction fee may apply to any of the payment methods above. The amount will depend on the payment platform.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Both GCash and PayMaya doesn’t charge transactions fees right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delivery Services
LBC
- Domestic only.
- 3-4 working days to arrive.
- Cash on Pick-up (COP) or Cash on Delivery (COD) for shipping fees is possible.
- COVID-19 UPDATE: shipping will now take 10-14 working days.
Airport to Airport (Philippine Airlines or Cebu Pacific Cargo)
- Domestic only.
- Will be included in the next available flight to the location.
- The shipping fee is collected before the product will be shipped.
- COVID-19 UPDATE: we have tried shipping to Metro Manila via Philippine Airlines. There is one flight every day for Metro Manila but still limited to some provinces.
UPS (International Shipments)
- 4-7 working days to arrive.
- The shipping fee is collected before the product will be shipped.
- Import charges, Fish and Wildlife fees, Customs duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping fee since different countries have different calculations.
- COVID-19 UPDATE: shipping will have 1-2 days delay.
